IBN TECH株式会社 (hereinafter "IBN TECH", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the personal information of individuals who visit our website or contact us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over your information.
This policy is prepared in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) (Act No. 57 of 2003, as amended April 1, 2022) and the guidelines issued by the Personal Information Protection Commission (PPC).

2. Personal Information We Collect
We collect personal information only when you voluntarily submit our contact form. The information collected is:
- Full name
- Email address
- Subject of your enquiry
- Message content
- Your interest category (Customer, Investor, or Others)
- For investors who opt in: consent to receive company updates
We do not collect sensitive personal information (要配慮個人情報) as defined under APPI Article 2, paragraph 3. We do not collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or any tracking technology. No behavioural data, IP address logs, or device identifiers are collected or transmitted to third parties.
3. Purpose of Use
Personal information submitted through our contact form is used for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry and conduct follow-up communication directly related to that enquiry
- For investors who have explicitly opted in: to send periodic IBN TECH company updates by email. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting [email protected]
We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without first obtaining your separate consent.
4. Legal Basis for Handling Personal Information
We handle your personal information on the basis that you have voluntarily provided it for the stated purposes above. By submitting the contact form, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and agree to the use of your information as described herein.
5. Form Processing — No Cross-Border Data Transfer Data stays in Japan
Contact form submissions are processed by SSGform（エスエスジーフォーム）, a form delivery service developed and operated in Japan by a Japanese entity.
SSGform does not store submitted content in any database, server log, or application log. Submitted data is used solely to compose and deliver a notification email to IBN TECH and is discarded immediately thereafter. SSGform staff have no ability to access or view submitted content.
Because SSGform is a Japanese service operating on Japanese infrastructure, no cross-border transfer of personal data occurs. The APPI Article 28 cross-border transfer provisions do not apply to this processing.

Other than SSGform, we do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to any third party, except in the following limited circumstances:
- Where required by Japanese law or a valid order from a competent authority
- Where necessary to protect the life, health, or property of an individual and consent cannot reasonably be obtained
- Where necessary for public health purposes and consent cannot reasonably be obtained
6. Email Storage — Cross-Border Transfer to Switzerland Encrypted at rest
Form submission notifications and all subsequent correspondence with IBN TECH are received and stored using Proton Mail, an end-to-end encrypted email service operated by Proton AG, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. Proton Mail's data centres are located in Switzerland, Germany, and Norway.
Proton Mail applies zero-access encryption to all incoming messages. This means that email content is encrypted with your public key the moment it arrives on Proton's servers, before it is written to storage. Proton AG itself has no technical ability to read the content of stored messages. Even in the event of a data breach at Proton, the content of emails in your inbox would remain cryptographically protected.
Because Proton AG is headquartered in Switzerland, this constitutes a cross-border transfer of personal data under APPI Article 28. Switzerland maintains data protection standards that are recognised as equivalent to those of the European Union, and Japan maintains a mutual adequacy arrangement with the EU. IBN TECH has selected Proton Mail specifically because its encryption architecture provides a materially higher level of protection for personal data than standard email providers.
Proton AG is legally subject to Swiss law only and cannot be compelled to disclose data to foreign authorities. Proton's privacy policy is available at https://proton.me/legal/privacy.
Other than SSGform and Proton Mail as described above, we do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to any third party, except in the following limited circumstances:
- Where required by Japanese law or a valid order from a competent authority
- Where necessary to protect the life, health, or property of an individual and consent cannot reasonably be obtained
- Where necessary for public health purposes and consent cannot reasonably be obtained
7. Retention Period
We retain personal information received via email for a maximum of two (2) years from the date of receipt, or until the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled, whichever comes first. After this period, your information is securely deleted from our Proton Mail inbox. Note that SSGform itself retains no submission data — see Section 5.
8. Security Measures
IBN TECH takes appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal information. These include:
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted through our website
- Use of SSGform, a form processor that does not retain submitted content
- Use of Proton Mail with zero-access encryption for email storage, meaning stored email content cannot be read even by the email provider
- Restriction of access to personal information to personnel who require it
- Regular internal review of data handling practices
In the event of a data breach involving personal information, we will notify the Personal Information Protection Commission (PPC) and affected individuals in accordance with APPI Article 26.
9. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under APPI, you have the following rights. To exercise any of them, please contact us using the details in Section 10.
- Right of disclosure (開示): Request details of what personal information we hold, its purpose of use, and any third-party disclosures.
- Right of correction (訂正): Request correction or supplementation of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Right of deletion (削除): Request deletion where information was collected unlawfully or used beyond the stated purpose.
- Right to suspend use (利用停止): Request suspension of processing under certain circumstances.
- Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on your consent (e.g. investor update emails), you may withdraw at any time without affecting prior processing.
- Right to complain: File a complaint with the PPC at www.ppc.go.jp.
We will respond to requests generally within two to four weeks.

11. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or any technology that stores information on your device or transmits your data to third parties for tracking or advertising purposes. The only external data transmissions from this website are the contact form submission to SSGform and the resulting notification email delivered to our Proton Mail inbox, both as described above.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
13. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

第2条 収集する個人情報
当社は、お客様がお問い合わせフォームに任意でご入力いただいた場合にのみ、以下の個人情報を収集します。
- 氏名
- メールアドレス
- お問い合わせの件名
- メッセージの内容
- ご関心のカテゴリ（顧客・投資家・その他）
- 投資家の方でオプトインされた場合：会社アップデートの受信同意
当社は、個人情報保護法第2条第3項に定める要配慮個人情報は収集しません。また、13歳未満のお子様の個人情報は収集いたしません。
当社ウェブサイトでは、クッキー、アクセス解析ツール、その他のトラッキング技術は一切使用しておりません。
第3条 利用目的
お問い合わせフォームからご提供いただいた個人情報は、以下の目的にのみ使用します。
- お問い合わせへの回答、およびそのお問い合わせに直接関連するご連絡
- 投資家の方で明示的にオプトインされた場合：IBN TECHの会社アップデートをメールでお送りすること。同意はいつでも [email protected] にご連絡いただくことで撤回できます
上記以外の目的でご本人の個人情報を利用する場合は、別途ご本人の同意を得たうえで行います。
第4条 個人情報の取り扱いの根拠
当社は、お客様が自らの意思で上記の利用目的のためにご提供いただいた個人情報を、個人情報保護法に基づき取り扱います。お問い合わせフォームをご送信いただくことにより、本プライバシーポリシーをお読みいただき、記載の内容に同意いただいたものとみなします。
第5条 フォーム処理について — 国外移転なし データは日本国内
お問い合わせフォームの送信処理には、日本国内で開発・運営されているフォームデリバリーサービスSSGform（エスエスジーフォーム）を使用しています。
SSGformは、送信されたフォームの内容をデータベース、サーバーログ、アプリケーションログのいずれにも保存しません。送信データはIBN TECHへの通知メールの生成・送信のみに使用され、その後直ちに破棄されます。SSGformのスタッフを含め、いかなる第三者も送信内容にアクセスすることはできません。
SSGformは日本のサービスであり、日本国内のインフラで運用されているため、個人データの国外移転は発生しません。個人情報保護法第28条に規定する外国にある第三者への提供には該当しません。

上記以外に、当社は以下の場合を除き、お客様の個人情報を第三者に提供・開示・販売・貸与することはありません。
- 法令に基づく場合、または権限ある機関からの適法な命令による場合
- 人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
- 公衆衛生の向上のために特に必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
第6条 メール保管について — スイスへの国外移転（暗号化あり）保管時暗号化
フォーム通知メールおよびその後のIBN TECHとのメールのやり取りは、スイス・ジュネーブに本拠を置くProton AG（プロトンAG）が運営するエンドツーエンド暗号化メールサービスProton Mail（プロトンメール）を使用して受信・保管しています。Proton Mailのデータセンターはスイス・ドイツ・ノルウェーに所在しています。
Proton Mailは受信メールに対してゼロアクセス暗号化を適用しています。これは、メールがProtonのサーバーに届いた瞬間、ストレージへの書き込み前に受信者の公開鍵で暗号化されることを意味します。Proton AG自身も、保管されたメールの内容を技術的に閲覧することができません。万一Protonでデータ侵害が発生した場合でも、受信トレイ内のメール内容は暗号化により保護されます。
Proton AGはスイスに本拠を置くため、本メール保管は個人情報保護法第28条に規定する外国にある第三者への個人データの提供に該当します。スイスはEUと同等の個人情報保護基準を維持しており、日本はEUとの間で相互認証の枠組みを有しています。IBN TECHは、一般的なメールプロバイダーよりも実質的に高い水準の個人情報保護を実現するため、Proton Mailを採用しています。
Proton AGはスイス法のみに服し、外国当局への情報開示を強制されません。Protonのプライバシーポリシーはhttps://proton.me/legal/privacyをご参照ください。
上記SSGformおよびProton Mail以外に、当社は以下の場合を除き、お客様の個人情報を第三者に提供・開示・販売・貸与することはありません。
- 法令に基づく場合、または権限ある機関からの適法な命令による場合
- 人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
- 公衆衛生の向上のために特に必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
第7条 保存期間
メールで受領した個人情報は、受領日から最長2年間、または利用目的が達成された時点のいずれか早い方まで、当社のProton Mailの受信トレイ内に保管します。保存期間経過後は、安全な方法により消去します。なお、SSGform自体は送信データを一切保持しません（第5条参照）。
第8条 安全管理措置
当社は、個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざん、漏えい等を防止するため、以下の措置を講じています。
- 当社ウェブサイトにおける全通信のHTTPS暗号化
- 送信内容を保持しないフォーム処理サービス（SSGform）の使用
- ゼロアクセス暗号化を採用したProton Mailの使用（メールプロバイダー自身もメール内容を閲覧不可）
- 個人情報へのアクセスを必要な担当者に限定
- データ取り扱い方針の定期的な内部レビュー
個人情報に関する漏えい等の事案が発生した場合は、個人情報保護法第26条に基づき、個人情報保護委員会および影響を受けるご本人への報告・通知を行います。
第9条 ご本人の権利
個人情報保護法に基づき、以下の権利を有します。権利の行使については、第10条記載の窓口にご連絡ください。
- 開示請求：当社が保有する個人情報の内容、利用目的、第三者提供の状況等の開示を請求できます。
- 訂正・追加・削除請求：個人情報が不正確または不完全な場合、訂正・追加・削除を請求できます。
- 利用停止・消去請求：違法に収集された場合や利用目的の範囲を超えて使用された場合、利用停止・消去を請求できます。
- 第三者提供の停止請求：第三者への個人情報提供の停止を請求できます。
- 同意の撤回：同意に基づく処理（投資家向けアップデートメール等）については、いつでも同意を撤回できます。
- 苦情申し立て：個人情報保護委員会（PPC）に苦情を申し立てることができます。www.ppc.go.jp
ご請求に対しては、通常2〜4週間以内に回答いたします。

第11条 クッキーおよびトラッキングについて
当社ウェブサイトは、クッキー、アクセス解析、その他お客様の端末に情報を保存したり、トラッキングや広告目的で第三者にデータを送信する技術を一切使用しておりません。本ウェブサイトからの外部へのデータ送信は、第5条および第6条に記載のとおり、SSGformへのフォーム送信と、その結果として当社のProton Mail受信トレイへ届く通知メールに限られます。
第12条 本ポリシーの改定
当社は、法令の改正や取り扱い方針の変更に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを改定することがあります。改定の際は、本ページ上部の「最終更新」日付を変更します。
第13条 準拠法
本プライバシーポリシーは日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。本ポリシーに関して生じた紛争については、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
